Whatcom Youth Pride is a one-of-a-kind Pride parade and festival whose sole purpose is to celebrate and empower Whatcom County's LGBTQIA+ youth and youth allies.

Breakdown

Notes

Custodial coverage needed all day and at the beginning from 7AM - 10AM for setup and then starting at 2PM for breakdown and cleanup.

Group needs: 45 six-foot rectangular tables, 75 chairs, six round lunch tables.

If the tables and chairs can be stacked in the commons, the group will move them on Saturday morning. Most likely the tables and chairs won't be able to be left in the commons, and the tables will need to be taken from the closet down the hall from the teacher's lounge. If more tablesare needed, they are further down the same hall in the choir room. Chairs are also in these areas as well as the teacher's lounge.
