Preparation of teacher Natalie Jude's classroom to be used for weekend professional development video recording. Clearing space for camera and presenters, moving any material that could identify students or staff off-camera, setting up light stands and blocking marks.

The schedule shows that a classroom is not available from our desired 3 PM to 7 PM. We will be setting up in Ms. Jude's classroom, and would like to begin right after school while she is there so that she can orient us to what may or may not be changed. I am hoping that, while the scheduling system may not make the room available during this time, that we could din fact be there right after school.
